Growing up in the historic district of Clanton Park in Charlotte, NC, Gregory Blair spent a tremendous amount of time with his grandmother, Estelle, and father, who both enjoyed creating meals from the heart the family would receive with love.
Inspired to create food for the world to enjoy, Gregory set his mind on becoming a renown chef. All roads led him to the Culinary Institute of America located in New York, one of the most prestigious culinary institutes in the United States. Here is where he turned his gift and passion for taste into a remarkable talent that has captivated the masses with each and every bite. After graduation from the Culinary Institute of America, he has had the pleasure and experience of working with 11 various hotels and country clubs. When he’s not in the kitchen perfecting his craft, he enjoys spending time with his twin son and daughter who bring him much joy and are an inspiration to his life and legacy of continuing to influence the culinary industry and culture. He currently owns and operates Taste of Estelle LLC located in Atlanta, Georgia. With his skills ranging from marketing, creativity, design, and attentionto detail, to business skills, financial management, knowledge of product, nutrition and flavors, Gregory Blair is blazing his trail of culinary excellence.
